While most of the neighborhood is residential, Sailboat Bend also contains part of the Riverwalk Arts and Entertainment District. The neighborhood is also just a short drive away from Las Olas Beach and Fort Lauderdale Beach Park. Keep on making the same mistake when coming to FFM. In their definition two single beds equals double. Then 45min wait when arriving at midnight for a room with balcony. But the system says it has so they won't do else.
Overall new and nice rooms and accommodations, though you can't open closet and drawers at the same time, so a bit tight. The biggest problem we had was with an unpleasant odor in the hall and, in a return visit, in our room, which had to be changed, with only partial improvement. Nice as this hotel, its personnel, and location are, this odor problem is a veto factor for us for any future visit. No idea what the source is, and surprised at its presence at all. And each time I'm in FFM I keep on doing the same mistake because it's practical and someone books it for me as on business. This place is really pretending being top class but it is not. The building may be outstanding but the service certainly not. Wonderful personnel, lots of individual and friendly attention and help.

Excellent weekend with friends in the luxurious and relaxing atmosphere of this beautiful hotel. The hotel is an oasis in Frankfurt, with a beautiful spa and a very attentive staff.
